She began her career working in wealth management and went on to found the Center for Philanthropy and Social Impact at the American College where she launched a support group for Advisors of Color where she was based when we had this conversation. Most recently, Dien co-founded Daylight Advisors, a modern platform for families and advisors that aims to revolutionize the field of philanthropic advising and maximizing philanthropy’s potential to change lives.
