Virginia Egan

Director of Human Resources

Virginia Egan is Director of Human Resources at Foundation Source and has been with the firm for ten years. She reports to the SVP, People and Talent and collaborates closely with her to help direct, plan, and implement department initiatives, primarily related to managing day-to-day People Operations functions.

As an HR generalist she is involved in all areas of human resources/people operations including employee relations, benefit & leave administration, payroll, compliance, policy development, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Foundation Source, Ms. Egan was HR Generalist and Corporate Office Manager for Northern Tier Energy LLC in Ridgefield, CT, and Vice President of Operations for Cable Ready Corporation in Stamford, CT.

Ms. Egan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College and is a SHRM-SCP, Senior Certified HR Professional.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, walking their dog, thrifting, yoga and all things arts and crafts related.
