What do you love about working at Foundation Source?
The people that work at Foundation Source, the family work-life balance and helping my clients achieve their philanthropic goals.
What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is being a manager to my team of four Private Client Advisors and helping my team grow at Foundation Source.
What do you look forward to each day?
Seeing my two sons when they get home from school.
Everyone is here to help each other, and it doesn’t matter what department you are in.”

What is your team like and what has your experience been with company culture?
I used to love having Friday lunches together when we were all in the office. Even though most of the company is still working remotely now, we still have team meetings to keep in touch with everyone.
In your opinion, what makes the Foundation Source team special?
Everyone is here to help each other, and it doesn’t matter what department you are in.
What advice would you give to someone who doesn’t know about Foundation Source or may be thinking about joining the team?
We are a family at Foundation Source and there are so many opportunities to grow within the company. You also have a lot of support from management and your colleagues.
