Senior Director of Client Services
Kimberly Scott, Senior Director of Client Services, has over 20 years of experience working with philanthropic organizations. Prior to joining Foundation Source in 2008, she worked with SunTrust Bank as a Portfolio Specialist and Credit Analyst focusing mainly on public charities. She has served on various boards for organizations focusing on financial literacy, arts appreciation and health/wellness. In addition to overseeing a client services team, Kimberly also manages the departmental training program, Client Services University. Kimberly has a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Management and Organization from Spelman College. She earned her M.B.A. from the University of Georgia with an additional certification in Non-Profit Management. Kimberly currently resides in Atlanta, GA and is an avid tennis player and a travel enthusiast.
Jeannea Varrichio
National Director of Legal Services
Jeannea Varrichio is the National Director of Legal Services at Foundation Source where she provides support to foundations and their advisors on a range of issues including, grants to individuals, program-related investing, international grantmaking, scholarship and award programs, and direct charitable activities. Jeannea collaborates with the company’s foundation clients to develop and achieve their philanthropic goals while remaining in compliance with self-dealing, excess business holding, jeopardizing investment, and taxable expenditure rules. Jeannea serves on the board of directors for The Foundation Source Charitable Foundation. Prior to joining Foundation Source, Jeannea managed the foreclosure and bankruptcy department at a national financial services firm. Jeannea received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from State University of New York at Old Westbury. She is a graduate of The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was an editor for The Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.
