Erin Harrigan

Chief Financial Officer

Erin Harrigan is the Chief Financial Officer for Foundation Source where she oversees financial planning, performance reporting, risk management and guides the finance and accounting teams across all entities and business units under the Foundation Source umbrella.

Her role as CFO also extends beyond traditional finance, encompassing a strategic leadership position that includes M&A strategy and oversight of human resources and corporate administration to ensure integrated business operations and sustainable growth.

Since joining Foundation Source in 2015, Ms. Harrigan has played a critical part in strengthening financial oversight and supporting operational expansion, while ensuring the firm’s financial operations are scaled efficiently to support agility, resilience, and long-term success.

Prior to joining Foundation Source, Ms. Harrigan held key roles at Fortress Investment Group and United Technologies Corporation. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Fairfield Public Library.

Ms. Harrigan holds a Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University. She lives in Fairfield, CT with her husband and three children.
