Louis D’Addario

As Chief Revenue Officer, Lou D’Addario is responsible for all aspects of Foundation Source’s revenue generation activities including sales, business development and strategic alliances, bringing the firm’s enterprise-caliber, tech-enabled services and expertise to financial institutions, charitable organizations, philanthropic families and companies, and their professional advisors.

A high growth sales leader, Mr. D’Addario has extensive experience applying innovative technologies to complex financial services businesses, helping to transform manual and inefficient processes into value drivers that attract clients, retain talent, and enrich profitability. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Head of Sales for the Americas at Charles River Development, a State Street company, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth through new and existing clients. Just prior, he was Managing Director and Head of Institutional Business Development at Envestnet with responsibility for sales strategy, new client acquisition and strategic partnerships resulting in 20% revenue growth year over year.

Notably, Mr. D’Addario spent 13 years at FolioDynamix, one of the industry’s first end-to-end fintech platforms dedicated to portfolio management and trading for financial advisors, growing it from $5 million to $82 million in ARR until its acquisition by Envestnet. Earlier in his career he held senior business development roles at Vestmark and CheckFree Investment Services (now Fiserv).

Mr. D’Addario is a strategic advisor and former board member of BaseCap Analytics, a software company specializing in data quality and accuracy. His philanthropic interests include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and animal welfare. Mr. D’Addario earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
