Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and CIO of Enterprise Technology Operations and AI Transformation at AvidXchange, where she helped modernize the company’s technology platforms, improve availability to 99.99%, reduce customer-impacting incidents by approximately 80%, and drive significant efficiencies through automation, cloud optimization, and AI-enabled engineering. Across software engineering leadership roles at AvidXchange, Western Governors University, Varo Bank, Rio Tinto, and GE Healthcare, Manu has focused on building scalable technology platforms, high-performing teams, and operating models that accelerate innovation, improve customer outcomes, and support sustainable business growth.
