Warren Bailey

Chief Information Security Officer

Warren Bailey oversees Foundation Source’s information security, to keep critical data secure and to ensure the firm’s information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Reporting to Foundation Source’s Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Bailey is responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, from risk management and policy development to compliance and incident response planning.

Mr. Bailey brings extensive software development and process design experience to Foundation Source, and previously held the role as PG Calc’s CTO for more than a decade, where he worked with the country’s largest banks and educational institutions. He has worked as a senior software engineer at Granitar and most recently as a software architect at Gryphon Networks. Mr. Baily earned his BA in music from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and his MS in Information Technology from Bentley College. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
