When and why did you join Foundation Source?
I joined Foundation Source in August 2022. I wanted to focus my professional pursuits and talents on helping folks with their philanthropic pursuits. In addition, I founded and have been managing a charitable-legacy private foundation since 2009 and have enjoyed the experience immensely.
What do you love about working at Foundation Source?
I think the people who work here are all super impressive in their expertise and enthusiasm for their work and I love that positive energy. I love our business development (BDR team) …it’s amazing how we support one another through our collaboration and complimentary talents and expertise.
What is the best part of your job?
I love helping advisors and individuals explore if a private foundation is a good fit for them and/or their clients.
I look forward to encountering new scenarios on funding and charitable giving activities that I wasn’t aware of previously. Every day, there’s something new to learn or a new puzzle to figure out about private foundation management and giving and I find that super interesting.”

I think bringing a positive energy to my sales team and BDR team.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
My sales skills have improved tremendously as well as my expertise in private foundation giving.
In your opinion, what makes the Foundation Source special?

What parts of Foundation Source’s mission do you connect with?
I can identify with our clients given my personal experience managing a private foundation for 15 years, and I especially appreciate all aspects of the Foundation Source mission.
