Sr. Vice President of Product & Strategy

As Vice President of Product & Strategy, Steve Aponte works closely with the CEO, board of directors, and key stakeholders to drive the company’s product strategy, build product roadmaps, and prioritize impactful initiatives for customers, philanthropic enterprises, and the company.

Prior to joining Foundation Source, Mr. Aponte’s career spanned 20+ years in product management for a number of technology companies, including Resideo Technologies, Inc. (formerly a Honeywell division) as Global Head of Software Product Management & Innovation; Valiant Solutions as Vice President and Head of Product; Altice USA (formerly Cablevision Systems Corp.) as Director of Product Management; Intelligent Product Solutions as General Manager and Head of Product; and others.

Mr. Aponte is an active member at a local church congregation, an active supporter of JDRF, a global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research, and loves spending time with his wife, three girls, two dogs and large extended family. He is also a single-digit handicap golfer.

Mr. Aponte graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from SUNY Empire State College.
