As Chief Executive Officer, Susan Calzone is responsible for managing the company’s growth in a scalable, efficient manner, while maintaining the company’s historic commitment to client service excellence.
Prior to joining Foundation Source, Ms. Calzone spent nearly 19 years as Chief Administrative Officer of Bloomberg L.P., serving as one of the company’s top five managers as it grew from $10 million to $5+ billion in revenues and from 500 to over 200,000 subscribers and customers. During that time, Bloomberg built a dominant position in providing financial information and online functionality to the global financial services industry, and expanded into related media areas such as Bloomberg News, Bloomberg Television, and Bloomberg Businessweek magazine.
Ms. Calzone also has a background in philanthropy. From 2006 to 2010, she was an executive with Bloomberg Philanthropies, which focuses on the environment, public health, the arts, government innovation, and education. Among her other achievements at Bloomberg Philanthropies, Susan established the infrastructure for operations, administration, and human resources.
During the past five years, she has served as COO of two early-stage companies in the medical devices and ecommerce industries.
Ms. Calzone earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth, where she served on the Board of Overseers.
She has been a member of the National Charity League – Fairfield Chapter, where she served as Philanthropy Liaison for both Save the Sound and Earthplace; she worked with University Settlement to raise money, identify jobs, and mentor women; and she volunteers at several local charities in Fairfield County, CT.
katherine holbrook biotti
National Sales Executive
Katherine Holbrook Biotti is the National Sales Executive at Foundation Source, the nation’s largest provider of comprehensive support services for private foundations. Passionate about philanthropy and a seasoned sales executive, Ms. Biotti leads all business development efforts at Foundation Source, which include regional sales, inside sales, and strategic partnerships. In addition to serving as National Sales Executive, she is responsible for regional sales in New England.
Ms. Biotti has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in various senior management, business development, and strategy positions. She provides expertise in private foundation administration and compliance to private wealth managers, investment advisors, regional trust companies, estate planning attorneys, tax advisors, corporations, existing foundations, and philanthropically inclined individuals.
Prior to joining Foundation Source, Ms. Biotti served as the Vice President of eCommerce and Business Planning Services at Jackson National Life Insurance Company, where she was responsible for the strategic oversight of all web activities, business planning services, and other corporate initiatives. Ms. Biotti also held a leadership role in eCommerce at INVESCO Funds Group. In addition, she held roles in marketing, operations, and business development at Fidelity Investments/Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund.
Ms. Biotti graduated with honors from Regis University with an MBA and holds a BS in Business Administration from Ithaca College. She is also a certified trainer for Next Generation Education from 21/64.
Jeffrey D. Haskell
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer at Foundation Source, Jeffrey Haskell is responsible for providing guidance on legal and tax issues to the foundations that the company serves.
Mr. Haskell works with and provides guidance to a team of attorneys, accountants, and support professionals who provide tax reporting services to clients of the company as well as support to foundations and their advisors on a range of issues including Program- and Mission-Related Investments, grants to individuals, expenditure responsibility grants, equivalency determinations, scholarship and award programs, set-aside projects, return preparation, and compliance with self-dealing, minimum required distributions, excess business holdings, jeopardizing investments, and taxable expenditure rules.
Prior to joining Foundation Source, Mr. Haskell was an associate at the law firms of Kronish Leib Weiner & Hellman LLP and Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky, in the Tax and Trusts and Estates departments. Prior to joining Olshan Grundman, Mr. Haskell worked at Coopers & Lybrand in the Business Tax Planning Group.
Mr. Haskell is involved in pro bono work for public charities and has served as an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College of Accountancy, where he taught corporate tax law. Articles by Mr. Haskell have appeared in Trusts & Estates and Taxation of Exempts magazines, and in Cardozo Law Review. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker on the rules and regulations pertaining to private foundations.
Mr. Haskell is a graduate of Yeshiva University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. He received a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the NYU Tax Law Review.
Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Estee Shor has overall responsibility for ensuring the smooth, efficient operations of the company. This includes implementing innovative projects that help the company grow and scale; ensuring tax and legal compliance for all client transactions and processes handled by Foundation Source; and ensuring appropriate pricing of services and accurate billing of clients. In addition, she is responsible for making sure all employees are properly trained and have the resources they need to carry out their duties; that service level agreements are met; and that employees follow company policies and procedures.
Ms. Shor is involved in pro bono work for private foundations and public charities and has served on the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Non-Profit Organizations.
Ms. Shor is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she concentrated in taxation and was a member of the Tax Clinic. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College of the City University of New York, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Chief Philanthropic and Marketing Officer
Page Snow is responsible for the firm’s marketing, raising awareness of Foundation Source’s services and expertise with individuals, financial advisors, attorneys, and the philanthropic sector. She is also responsible for developing and providing industry-leading education and strategic resources to clients through the company’s network of philanthropic professionals. Named one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth” by Private Asset Management magazine and frequently quoted in both the popular and philanthropic press, Ms. Snow provides guidance on all aspects of the giving enterprise: mission, governance, family engagement, board development, and continuity planning.
Prior to joining Foundation Source, Ms. Snow spent over 10 years with The Pew Charitable Trusts, one of the nation’s top 10 foundations. As the Trust’s Chief Officer of Institutional Planning, she helped to design, evaluate, and remodel key operations of the foundation in support of the Trusts’ model of results-based grantmaking. Subsequently, she worked with senior management at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on the creation of their evaluation department. She has expertise in strategic planning, program design, and the evaluation of multimillion-dollar grant investments.
Ms. Snow has served on advisory committees for several prestigious philanthropic organizations, including the Center for Effective Philanthropy, the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the White Oak Cultural Policy Conference, the Center for Arts and Cultural Policy Studies, the Arts Organization Stabilization Initiative, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
Ms. Snow is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and the University of Pennsylvania.
