When and why did you join Foundation Source?

I joined the Foundation Source Team in 2008. I had the opportunity to learn about the company prior to officially joining the team, and two things stood out: the company’s commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive services to their clients and the work-life balance of employees.

What do you love about working at Foundation Source?

The company’s culture and the people.

The best part of my job is knowing that my “behind-the-scenes” work ultimately helps our clients focus on their philanthropic goals. It’s motivating to know our clients aim to make a positive impact in the world which can directly change a person’s life.”

What is your team like and what has your experience been with company culture?

I absolutely LOVE being a member of the Account Implementations Department. I get to work with an amazing group of people that go above and beyond on a daily basis to provide the best services to our clients, other internal departments, and one another. The level of support is unmatched and truly lends to having a work-life balance.

What is a memorable client experience you’ve had or heard about?

There are many but one that comes to the forefront is when a client wanted to provide supplies to an area devastated by a natural disaster in a very unique way. Several departments came together and worked tirelessly to ensure the client’s goal was met. This memory stands out because it required innovation, collaboration, and precise execution. Timing was critical because of the client’s desire to do something different. People knew they were not forgotten, and their needs were met.
