As Senior Vice President of People & Talent, Christina Owczarski drives Foundation Source’s human capital strategy, ensuring that talent, culture, and operational excellence align with the firm’s business objectives. She oversees all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, total rewards, and diversity and inclusion, with a focus on building a workplace where people can thrive.

With expertise in organizational development, behavioral analytics, and change management, Christina partners with the executive team to scale the workforce, integrate acquisitions, and shape a culture that fosters innovation, inclusion, and long-term success. She is passionate about creating opportunities for employees to feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

Before joining Foundation Source, Christina was the founder of XY Strategies, a consultancy specializing in people operations, talent strategy, and organizational development. As a Fractional Chief People Officer, she worked with companies such as Cisco, Fluidmesh, Bombora and WorkFusion, helping them scale, integrate acquisitions, and optimize their people strategies to drive business performance. Her career includes executive HR roles across the technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors, where she has led workforce transformations and talent initiatives that enhance organizational resilience and agility.

Christina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from The New School. She is a certified Predictive Index Talent Optimizer and Master Trainer. She believes that the most successful organizations are those that continuously evolve—creating an environment where people and business grow together.
