Pascal Vincent

Chief Technology Officer

Pascal Vincent is Chief Technology Officer of Foundation Source where he provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company, with primary responsibility for security, governance, and policy; resource allocation; and operations. He supervises and has responsibility for the team that develops and maintains the firm’s proprietary products for private foundations and planned giving, as well as our backend administrative software platforms.

Mr. Vincent has extensive engineering leadership experience in developing scalable and reliable products. Prior to joining Foundation Source, he was Vice President of Engineering at Artemis Health, where he oversaw all aspects of engineering, working in partnership with product development, and ensured a “one team, one dream” model. Previously he was Chief Technology and Product Officer at Serenova (now part of Lifesize) and Vice President of Engineering at NICE Ltd, where his scope of responsibilities also included technical due diligence and integrations of acquisition targets, streamlining all phases of product development, while maintaining security, compliance and coding standards.

A native of France, Mr. Vincent splits his time between Utah and Alaska and spends his free time enjoying the great outdoors.
