Contributing to philanthropic thought leadership is a rewarding part of the work we do, and we are pleased to be joining the Invest in Women Conference on May 1-3 for what promises to be an enriching philanthropic panel discussion alongside Homrich Berg Wealth Management and Schwab Charitable. Our Chief Marketing Officer Hannah Shaw Grove will also be participating in a fireside chat with Jenna Bush Hager, author of Everything Beautiful in Its Time: Seasons of Love and Loss and co-host of NBC’s The Today Show, on Making a Difference: How the Power of Compassion Changes Lives. It was this very topic that sparked intriguing conversations among our own team and the genesis behind The Women’s Guide to Giving With Intention. Chockfull of real-life stories and best practices, our goal was to create a valuable resource that would inspire and support women through every stage of their philanthropic journey. Like a well-worn book that you turn back to again and again, we hope it transcends time and generations, serving as your guiding light.

About The Guide

Did you know that by 2030, women are expected to control two-thirds of the nation’s wealth1, and philanthropy is, by far, the most common interest among ultra-wealthy females, well ahead of sports, art, education and the outdoors2? Furthermore, our proprietary client research shows that nearly 20,000 women collectively gave over $600 million in 2022, a 25% increase in dollars granted year over year and inspiring evidence of how women are effecting change. In this guide we’ve compiled trends, strategies and stories from influential female givers that shine a light on their unique and valuable perspectives in the philanthropic space.
