At Foundation Source, we are continuously innovating to make sure that your private foundation has the tools it needs to maximize impact and create a legacy of giving. With this in mind, we have updated and improved the user experience in FSOL, which we have renamed Impactfully.
As you may know from our regular email updates and quarterly product webinars, we’ve been enhancing the platform’s existing capabilities and adding new features gradually over the past year. Our goal is to provide you with a platform that is easier to use and has more features that empower you and the next generation of grantmakers.

What happened to Foundation Source Online?
Everything that you knew before still exists, it’s just been renamed to Impactfully.
Do I need new login credentials for Impactfully?
No, your login credentials will stay the same.
Why did we make these updates?
We wanted to merge our client-facing software applications into a single, modernized platform that can be easily updated and support multiple user modalities, including people who want a stand-alone tech solution.
Does Impactfully cost more money?
No, your pricing will stay the same.
Now that I can do more on my own, will my fees change?
No, your pricing will not change. While you have the ability to do more on the platform if you would like, we will still provide comprehensive foundation management services and your PCA is always here to support you.
Do I need training to learn how to use Impactfully?
No, the streamlined and intuitive workflows make it easy to navigate without formal training. We host optional informational sessions whenever there is a feature release and there are walk-through videos on the platform if you would like more guidance. If you would like a 1:1 training, please contact your PCA.
Can you train my staff?
Please contact your PCA to discuss your training needs.

Is there an upcoming webinar?
Yes, we have quarterly Tech Talk product webinars. Email invites will be sent to all Foundation Source clients for upcoming sessions in Q3 and Q4.
What is the difference between Impactfully Select and what I have now?
Impactfully Select is a tech-only offering that is available on a SaaS basis with an annual subscription. It has fewer features than the version of the platform you currently use and does not include administrative, compliance, tax preparation or other professional services.
Is Foundation Source changing its name to Impactfully?
No, Foundation Source has been helping serve the philanthropic community for more than 20 years. Impactfully is our technology platform which was renamed to better represent the impact you and your foundation are making in the world.
